A Hidden Gem for Families
The facilities were a delight for our kids—they loved the water park and the jumping pillow. The added touch of a free port-a-cot was greatly appreciated.
We faced some issues with the shower drainage being slow and the kettle not working. It was a minor hiccup in our otherwise enjoyable stay.

water park, jumping pillow, good laundry facilities
The drain in the shower was clogged, making it a nuisance!!! The kettle was unusable, which is unacceptable!!! The pool was not clean enough for a comfortable swim, and the amenities could definitely use some TLC!!!

i was genuinely surprised to find a filthy room and bugs everywhere. it was like a nightmare. One would think a 'premium' place like this would offer something ra-ra like a welcome gift or complimentary treatment. however, there was nothing! i almost gave a good review, but just coudlnt due to the utter disappointment.

Fantastic Family-Friendly Amenities!
Our stay in the deluxe cabin was a delight! The cabin was spacious and equipped with a washer/dryer, making it feel like a home away from home. My kids had a blast at the waterpark and the jumping pillow, while we enjoyed the convenience of having kitchen amenities to prepare meals. The large, clean pool was also a highlight for us. some parts of the water features could use maintenance to enhance the experience.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We took a delightful cruise through the Whitsundays, visiting the marina and Hill Inlet Beach. The park has a great children's playground and a games room for arts and crafts. The friendly staff made our stay even better!
One downside was that the waterpark could use some maintenance. It was still fun, but a little fix-up would enhance the experience for everyone.

A chill stay in Airlie Beach 🌴
Loved the bouncy pillow and pool, kept the kids entertained for ages. The camp kitchens had everything for lekker dinners—felt like a proper chef! Plus, the friendly staff were so welcoming, really made us feel at home.
Just wish the WiFi could’ve been a bit better—went a bit slow sometimes!
